Maira Isabel Pita's official website is stark in its simplicity, minimalist in nature and elegant as a home to depict all of her brilliant work. This is a very talented author who is often daring for her vivid portrayal of complex human emotions and brings to life all her written work. As a reader you become easily immersed in her books. Ms. Pita doesn't shy away from depicting erotic pleasure in its most raw and elemental nature, nor in delving into the complex bondage relationship often little understood by many.
Upon entering Ms. Pita's cyber home we are treated to her most current work, Guilty Pleasures which are erotic love stories set all through history and a featured selection of the Doubleday VENUS Book Club. All of Ms. Pita's books are listed on her home page, including Recipe for Romance which I had the pleasure of reading. Each book links onto its own individual page with a brief outline. Her other most innovative look on her home page is her book, Cat's Collar, which is an collection of three of her books; Dreams of Anubis a favorite of mine, Rituals of Surrender and Cat's Collar.
The split screen that Ms. Pita's website is designed upon has a few main features; on the left side of the screen is a listing of her main web pages such as her home, where to buy her books, her photo gallery, selected reviews and a contact where you can email the author with a message or feedback on her work. Here you'll also find that the list of her books all link to reviews whereas the right side of the screen includes book covers that link to an outline of her story that you can view at your leisure. The visitor is treated to a dedicated page listing all her books and a link from where you can purchase them. You can catch a glimpse of the author through her photo gallery which has a listing of the various pictures on offer.
All the links on Ms. Pita's website are in perfect working order; I was able to view all the pages available without any problems. My only disappointment was the lack of a bio, even a brief one, for her fans and visitors. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Ms. Pita's cyber home and look forward to coming back again. If you are interested in an author who writes vivid, stylish and unforgettable erotic romance then you need to bookmark this site. I already have.
