What type of ad can I place?

JERR offers two different types of advertising space on our site. You can choose from our Premium Ads that allow you to post your ad within the right hand column of our site our Sponsored Listings that allow you to post an ad for your web site or event within our Author’s Den. Who will see my ad?

JERR currently has over 600 subscribers since its inception in 6/03. We have members from Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia as well as all over the United States. Among our subscribers are authors and publishers but the majority are readers. Readers who are interested in finding a good book and a truthful recommendation. JERR has a sterling reputation in that regard. Your ad could potentially be seen by a very large international audience of readers.

How long will my ad run?

JERR sells advertising space in one-month blocks. Ads will be run a minimum of one month.

Can I reserve a spot for several months at a time?

Yes. Payment in full must be received to ensure continued placement during the extended run.

If I pay for several months at a time do they have to run for consecutive months?

Ads do not need to be run in consecutive months however we cannot ensure that the ad will remain in the previous space.

If I pay for multiple months do I have to run the same ad each month or can I change out the ad?

You do not need to use the same ad each month. Ads can be switched out at the end of the month. Replacement ads should be submitted as soon as possible to ensure the same placement on our site.

How many ads will you allow per page?

Ads will be placed on a first come, first serve basis. They will be run in small groups with an average of 6-8 per page depending on ad sizes and space limitations.

How many ads can I place on one page?

We will only allow one ad per author on each page.

Can I use my own ad?

Yes, you can submit your own ad as long as it fits our posted requirements. (Submission information will be included in your confirmation email upon submitting a request form.)

Can I use a bookcover even if it may need to be resized?

Yes, you may use your book cover. Our designer will be happy to resize it for you if needed.

What if I don’t have an ad, can you create one for me?

Yes. Our designer can create a custom ad for you. Please see the advertising page for pricing details.

If I have my ad designed by Novella Studios can I use it elsewhere or does it have to remain on the JERR site?

You are free to use your ad any place you wish once payment has been received.
